Return and Refund Policy

General Terms and Conditions

Our refund and return policy has a maximum duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, PayPal account or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Overdue or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your PayPal or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Items on sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale are non-refundable.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
